Looked at a new vicon wagtail today apparently can so 14metres standard 15 metres with 1000shaft tractor and 18metres with deflection plates. The other one is an abbey twin disc seems simple and efficient up to 15metres and cut off one disc for border control on headland.Would have thought an easy type of spinner to maintain .

Sep 15, 2014. #8. best thing about a vicon was the ability to spread grass seeds with it, when i still had mine used to have the holes nearly closed up and spread about 8m wide and then go over field again inbetween my last wheelmarks. i also used to have an agitator thing which fitted in the bottom of the hopper to help the seeds come out.
